What brings you here?

There isn’t one right place to start.
See what feels closest to your experience.

When your mind won’t give you a break.

Worry, pressure or feeling overwhelmed can take up more space than you’d like. We can explore what’s happening and what might make everyday life feel more manageable.

Explore support for anxiety

There’s room to talk about substance use, relationships and life between cultures, too.

More questions, answered
Do I need to know what to talk about?

No. You can start with whatever feels easiest to share, or say that you’re not sure where to begin. There is time to think and ask questions.

What if I think or communicate differently?

We can discuss your goals, communication preferences and whether Dinesh’s approach fits your needs. You can bring both your strengths and the things that are difficult.

How does counselling work for teens?

Dinesh works with teens aged 13 and up. Before starting, he explains consent, privacy, its limits and how parents or caregivers may be involved. Read the guidance for teens and parents.
