Clear fees and time to ask questions before deciding to begin. All amounts below are in Canadian dollars.

Individual sessions are for adults and teens aged 13 and up. The introductory consultation is a chance to ask questions, with no obligation to book a session.

Online throughout BC; in person in Surrey by prior arrangement and subject to room availability.
When cost is a barrier
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available by arrangement. Please ask during your consultation if the standard fee would make counselling difficult to afford.

Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at your agreed session rate: $160 for standard sessions, or your agreed reduced rate.
I may waive the charge for emergencies or exceptional circumstances. There is no cancellation charge for the free introductory consultation. Contact me by email or phone to make a change.
ICBC direct billing
For eligible claims, ICBC pre-approves up to 12 counselling sessions in the first 12 weeks after a crash, without a doctor’s referral. Treatment beyond those limits needs further approval.
I offer direct billing for eligible, approved sessions. I confirm coverage and any amount you would need to pay before booking. Have your claim number and Personal Health Number ready; I will explain how to share these privately.
Extended health benefits
Coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor varies by plan. Check with your insurer about RCC services before booking. My BCACC member number is 22807. Receipts reflect the actual fee charged. For extended health benefits, you pay the session fee and submit your receipt to your insurer.
Payment and receipts
Your fee and payment arrangements are confirmed before your appointment. An invoice can be provided after your session, with payment instructions shared privately. A payment receipt is issued once payment has been received.
